Indy

In June 2012 we received an email from a US serviceman deployed in Qatar asking if we could advise on how to rescue a cat he had befriended on base.

Although this would be our first rescue from Qatar and we had no logistical knowledge we said yes as after all it could not be any harder that working in Afghanistan?

We started making enquiries and very soon the soldier had managed to get Indy to the safety of the Qatar Veterinary Centre where he would need to stay whilst he was vaccinated and neutered and we raised the funds to be able to send him home.

Indy arrived at QVC on 4th July so it was an incredibly special Independence Day for his soldiers knowing that Indy was going to be saved. Indy arrived in the USA in September 2016
